dark days challenge week 3
well, basically if you take week one, make the rabe kale, and add some homemade spelt crackers (I get a flour share with my csa), you’ve got the closest to full on local meal of the week.  Next week is going to be tough.  I’m not sure I’m home to cook at all actually.  So hey, salad it might be! This is a pathetic post, but I figure it is better than nothing at all.
